What insurances do you accept?
Most Insurances accepted – please call the center to verify.

What are my financial responsibilities as a patient? 
You will be responsible for a co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible if applicable and as indicated by your insurance company. You may be responsible for charges that are denied by your insurance company. We appreciate co-pays made at the time of service.

How will I know how much I owe? 
You will receive an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company as soon as your claim is finalized. You will also be notified by our Billing Office of any balance due via monthly statement.

How will my insurance company get billed? 
The Billing Office will file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf.

I do not have insurance. How will you bill me? 
We provide a discounted rate at the time of service for patients who are uninsured. Please contact our office at (760) 730-3536 to obtain pricing information for a specific exam.

How often will I receive a statement? 
Once every 30 days

How do I make a payment?

  • By phone- We accept Visa and MasterCard

  • In person – You may also make a payment at either of our locations. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am- 5pm..
